Our Firm
FMB Law is the public trade name of the Law Office of Farooq M. Bsharat, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. The firm is intentionally structured as a boutique practice focused on preparation, courtroom readiness, and direct attorney involvement.
FMB Law was built on experience gained through judicial clerkships in Bergen County, service within the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, and prior litigation and private firm work. That background informs how cases are evaluated, prepared, and presented.
The firm maintains a selective caseload to ensure that each matter receives focused attention. Clients work directly with their attorney — not through layers of staff or case managers. Strategy is developed deliberately, based on facts, applicable law, and realistic assessment of risks and options.
